Dissertation theme: “Modeling of Thermal Processes in Energy Equipment of HPS and NPP by the Solving of the Conjugate Problems of Heat Exchange”.
Abstract. The dissertation is devoted to research of thermal processes in the elements of power equipment by the solving of conjugate heat transfer problems, in which the mutual influencing of heat transfer is taken into account both in a solid and in heated environment. Research of heat exchange in the seal of steam and gas turbines by solving of conjugation heat transfer problems in the two-dimensional formulation was conducted. The verification of the formed mathematical model and expansion of the usage range of heat exchange criteria equations were carried out. The heat transfer coefficients on a surface of the rotor in the area of thermal expansion were detected and approach for the decline of thermal tensions in new form grooves was proposed. The method of the increasing quality of power unit operation by implementation of the informative system of monitoring was proposed. The researches of the thermal state of the ventilated containers for spent nuclear fuel storage by the solving of conjugate heat transfer problems were conducted. The safety of spent nuclear fuel storage on open near-station area were shown.

Abstract. The modern approaches for remote knowledge estimation of students of technical specializations were analyzed. The methodology with rating system of estimation was learned and was adapted for technical courses in Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics. The two program modules (one for teacher and one for students) were developed and tested.
